Our beloved Kerstin Allroth-Dencik disappeared from the scene this Friday after a short time of illness. But her after-image will remain, strong and clear, for the hundreds of friends and collaborators who have worked happily with her all since the Fabulous Sixties. In a certain way, she is just that - the image of a sharp, witty, brave and beautiful woman who never left the barricades. I think - I know - that all we wannabee filmmakers of these days were in love with Kerstin. And have so remained.
